In a bold act of defiance against the Pak Army’s presence in Pak-occupied Balochistan, the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has launched dual attacks, targeting the Pak Army base and a communication tower in Tump and Zamuran of Pak-occupied Balochistan. These deliberate actions were executed to disrupt the dominance of the occupying Army and counter their activities.
Strike in Tump
On 3 January, the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) attacked the Pak Army’s main base in Tump, Pak-occupied Balochistan using heavy weaponry and grenade launchers. The attack resulted in the killing of two Pak Army personnel and at least injuring three.
Zamuran Attack
In another operation, the freedom fighters of the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) destroyed a communications tower that was being utilised for military purposes by the Pak Army. Since March 27, 1948, the Baloch people have faced relentless oppression through daily home raids, disappearances, staged encounters, target killings, torture, and kidnappings for ransom.
Therefore, the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) spokesperson, Jeeyand Baloch, reaffirmed the organization’s unwavering determination to oppose occupying forces in Balochistan and underlined that they are committed to carrying out these operations until the complete withdrawal of the Pak Army from the region.
