Dr KL Chowdhury
Dr. K L Chowdhury is a former Professor of Medicine, an academic, researcher and a practicing physician. He was born in Kashmir, and runs a charitable hospital at Jammu. He has researched and written extensively on the Health Trauma of Kashmiri Pandit Refugees.
Dr KL Chowdhury is also a well-known poet, essayist and storyteller. His poems, diary extracts, essays and short stories have appeared in national and international journals. A recipient of several awards, he has published four anthologies, a travelogue, and two volumes of short stories.
